The questions we hear most, answered without sales talk. If yours isn't here, text it to us.
Use the quote page to choose the room, finish and approximate size. It opens a prefilled text message to Epoxy Mind, and you can attach floor photos in that thread. You can also email info@epoxymind.com or call 647-531-6469.
Photos and an approximate size are the best place to start. Some floors also need a site visit before a firm number, especially where slab condition or moisture is uncertain.
The slab's condition, repairs, old coatings and the finish change the price a lot, and we'd rather give you a real number for your floor than a range that doesn't fit it. Our cost page lists what moves the price.
Our published projects are in Toronto, Vaughan and Woodbridge. If you're elsewhere in the GTA, send your address and we'll confirm.
No. The preview is a procedural sketch to explore colour. Every metallic and marble-art pour is one of a kind.
It depends on how the garage is used. Flake hides grit and dust best; metallic gives the most dramatic look; solid colour is clean and simple. Our finish guide compares them.
Logo floors are part of our barbershop work. Send the logo file and a photo of the floor.
Coatings bond to clean, open, sound concrete. Oil, old sealers, a smooth surface layer or moisture under the slab are the most common reasons coatings peel.
Below-grade slabs are where moisture problems are most common, so moisture is one of the first things to check on a basement floor. Our preparation guide explains the common tests.
Sometimes, but often the old coating has to come off so the new system bonds to the concrete. Photos help us tell.
Coatings have minimum temperature requirements. A heated space is fine year-round; an unheated garage may need temporary heat or a milder date. We'll talk through the timing for your space.
It depends on the size, preparation, system and temperature. You'll get the schedule with your quote. For businesses, our downtime guide covers planning.
